I am a single mother and 41 years old. I was recently diagnosed with perifphrial genetic Neuopathy. I am in an electric wheelchair most of the time and am currently unable to work. I don't have a vehicle, due to having to sell it to pay my bills. My ex-husband foiled my plans of getting a home 5 years ago, and is currently trying to take my daughter away. One of the reasons I would like to get a loan for a home, is to prove to my daughter that we are stable! Something my ex-husband tells her because we live in an apartment. I have always wanted a place of my own and I have now found the perfect place. It is a two bedroom, one bath house all on ONE level! It has a decent yard, not to big or too small and a great big garage! It does have city water and sewer, as well as a 70 foot well. It has LP gas with forced air hot and cold. It comes with all the appliances that I would need, so I would not have to buy anything new. I am meeting with resistance at evey corner since my disability hit in 2003. I have lost most of my friends, my vehicle, my rented two-story townhome, and the worst of all is lossing my birth family. They are all siding with my ex-husband to take my daughter away. I know that a home will not fix the problems between my birth family and myself, however, it would sure help my daughter to fill grounded in the community that we both love. It is a small town, filled with the people I had only read about in books. We have more churches then bars, and there is only one main street, it is a place where you could leave your doors open at night, if you wanted. Everyone looks out for their neighbor and we all pitch in where and when we are needed. Both myself and my daughter love Holdingford, Minnesota and I humbly request your assistance in obtaining a loan to aquire a home in Holdingford. They are asking 84,900 and I offered them 80,000. It sounds like they are willing to take it, sadly, I have no money for the down payment even. My mind is sharp and I very much want to give both my daughter and myself the security a permanent home would give us! I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Thank you, in adavnce for your help regarding the matter of home financing for an American with a Disability.
